IED is owned and operated by Randall E. Cutter. He has 30+ years in the drilling Industry and is a third generation drilling company. IED was formed in 2003 to better serve the environmental and geotechnical engineering firms. In July 2009, we adding a smaller trailer mounted rig to drill the vertical loop holes for the Geothermal Heat Pump Systems, enabling us to get into tighter locations.
